Meet helps you schedule a meeting.

For when you want to get your whole group together, but you all have busy schedules. Meet enables every participant to suggest as many dates as they like. They are all displayed together on the same calendar. Dates that everybody can make are listed as "solutions" on the right.

To get started, type your name in the "Add new participant" box, and click on the calendar days you can make. That's it.

Features

Yes/Maybe/No. If you keep clicking on a date, your availability will cycle through Yes (green) → Maybe (yellow) → No (red) → None (grey). Days which some participants set to "Maybe" can still be listed as solutions, but they are shown in yellow. "No" does nothing different from "None", but it indicates to other participants that you have explicitly rejected that date.

Colours. Each date is coloured in with your availability (green/yellow/red/grey). Below each date, a narrow bar shows the "best" availability for that date. If everyone can make a date, then the bar is green.

Select participant. Click on a participant's name in the left-box to see their responses. Your own name is always highlighted in bold. Select the "ALL" participant to show a summary of everyone's dates.

Ignore/include participant. Each participant has a checkbox. Uncheck the box to exclude that participant from the calculation of solutions. For example, if "Matt" is being difficult and you want to see what dates everyone else can make, just un-check "Matt", and the solutions will include dates that he cannot make.

Share link. Create an e-mail containing a link to this poll.

See updates. Your friends' updates are reloaded every half hour. You can refresh the page to see them immediately.

Change participant. Click on your name in the top-right corner to open the "Change participant" dialogue. From here, you can log-out, make a new participant, or "become" any other participant.

There's no security. Anyone can change anyone else's dates. This keeps the app simple, and means you don't have to mess about with passwords.
